Structural Characteristics
The basic cabinet frame of GCK is a combination of assembly structure, all structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized, plastic spraying treatment, connected to each other through the screw fastening into the cabinet frame, and then according to the need to add the door, baffle, partition, drawer, mounting bracket, as well as busbar and electrical components, etc.; parts, assembled into a complete control center cabinet.

Conditions of use

● The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.

● Ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, and its average temperature is not lower than -5℃ in 24h.

● Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity at a temperature of +40 ℃ does not exceed 50%, in the lower temperature allows a higher relative humidity example +20 ℃ when 90%.

● There is no fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration of the place.

● Inclined with the vertical not more than 5.

● The control center is adapted to the transportation and storage process at the following temperatures, -25℃-+55℃, and not more than +70℃ in a short period of time (not more than 24h).

● If the above conditions of use can not be met, it should be proposed to the company by the user at the time of ordering and negotiated to solve the problem.

Ordering Information

The user should provide the following information when ordering:.

● Main circuit program number, unit capacity and auxiliary circuit control mode. (i.e.: local, remote, automatic control) - Arrangement of switchgear and layout of the distribution room.

● Inlet and outlet wiring pattern.

● The surface color of the switchgear cabinet.

If the user does not specify the above items 2 and 3, the cabinet will be supplied according to the standard cabinet of our factory. If the user requires leakage protection, it should be put forward at the time of ordering, and other special programs can be solved through consultation with our company.
