Structural Characteristics
● The cabinet of GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of general-purpose cabinet, and the frame is locally welded or assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20-mold mounting holes, which usually have high coefficient. It can make the factory realize pre-production. Both shorten the production cycle and improve the working efficiency.
● The design of GGD cabinet takes into full consideration of the heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, when the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while the cold air is constantly supplemented by the lower slots into the cabinet, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
● GGD cabinet is designed according to the modern industrial product modeling design requirements, using the golden section ratio method to design the cabinet exterior and each part of the partition size, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous.
● The cabinet door is connected with the frame by a pivot type movable hinge, which is easy to install and dismantle. The folded edge of the door are embedded in a mountain-type rubber molded strip, when closing the door and the frame between the embedded strip has a certain compression stroke, can prevent the door and the cabinet direct collision, but also improve the door's level of protection.

Conditions of use
● The humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed +40°C and shall not be lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35°C.
● Indoor installation, the place of use shall not exceed 2000M above sea level.
● The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. Larger relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures: (e.g. 90% at +20°C) The effect of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be taken into account.
● The equipment should be installed at an angle of inclination of not more than 5% from the vertical.
● The equipment should be installed in a place without violent vibration and shock, as well as insufficient use of electrical components subject to corrosion.
