Structural characteristics
The switchgear is designed according to GB3906-91 armored metal-enclosed switchgear, and the whole is composed of two major parts: the cabinet and the center-mounted withdrawable parts (i.e. handcart). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, the shell protection level is IP4X, and the protection level is IP2X when the doors of each small compartment and breaker room are open. with overhead inlet/outlet lines, cable inlet/outlet lines and other functional programs can become various program forms of power distribution devices after being arranged and combined. This switchgear can be installed and commissioned and maintained from the front, so it can be back-to-back composed of double arrangement and installed against the wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the floor space.
The shell of the switchgear is made of imported aluminum-zinc-deposited thin steel plate, which is processed by CNC machine tools and adopts multiple folding process. This makes the whole cabinet not only has high precision, strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation effect, but also due to the use of multiple folding process, so that the cabinet is lighter than other equipment similar cabinet overall weight, high mechanical strength, beautiful appearance. The cabinet adopts assembled structure, which is made by pulling rivet nut and high-strength nut bolt connection. This makes the processing and production cycle is short, strong generality of parts, covers an area of less, easy to organize production.
The skeleton of handcart is assembled with thin steel plate processed by CNC machine. The mechanical chain is safe, available and flexible. According to different uses, the handcart is divided into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, measuring handcart, isolation handcart. Various types of handcarts according to the number of touches, block changes with specifications can be 100% free interchangeable handcarts. Handcart in the cabinet body has to exit (isolation) position and work position, each position are respectively positioning device to ensure that the chain is reliable must be interlocked according to the anti-misoperation program for operation. Each handcart are using worm gear, worm rocking propulsion, exit, its operation is lightweight, flexible, and the use of center-mounted, the entire trolley volume is small, inspection, maintenance are extremely convenient.
The main electrical components of the compartment switchgear have their own compartments, i.e.: disconnecting trolley room, busbar room, cable room, relay instrument room. The protection level of each compartment reaches IP2X: except for the relay room, the other three compartments have their own pressure relief channels. Due to the use of center-mounted form cable room position greatly increased, so the equipment can be connected to multiple cables.
The disconnecting trolley is equipped with specific guide rails, which allow the trolley to slide and work in it. The handcart has a working position and a test position (isolated position) When the handcart enters the working position from the test position, the trapdoor covering the static contact box will be pushed open, allowing the handcart's movable contacts to be inserted into the static contacts. When the handcart is withdrawn, the movable door will fall down automatically, which can prevent the operator from touching the electrified body. The handcart room can be equipped with circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, isolation handcart and metering handcart as required. The handcart can be operated with the switchgear door closed, and the position of the handcart and the handcart status symbol can be seen through the observation window on the door. Even if the door of the handcart compartment is opened, the protection class can still be IP2X.
The design of the busbar room takes into account the installation of the main busbar during the user's installation construction, the construction personnel do not need to climb up to the top of the cabinet, but only need to open the rear partition to facilitate the installation of the busbar. Segmented bus through the cabinet and the partition between the cabinet, the use of insulating flame retardant materials made of wall casing, which can not only play a role in supporting the main bus, but also in the event of a failure to limit the spread of the situation.
The cable room has ample space for the installation and maintenance of current transformers, earthing switches, lightning arresters and cables. The cable usage can be up to 3-6 groups, and the design also takes into account the special requirements of the user to install cables up to a height of 750mm or more. The bottom plate structure of the cable room is very suitable for construction workers to install cables easily.
Relay instrumentation room can be installed relay protection components, instrumentation and its secondary equipment, relay screen plate pre-opened mounting holes, can be convenient to install relay components control cable laid in a sufficiently large space in the trough, and metal cover cover, the left side of the trough for the control line into the line, lead out and reserved for the control line of the switchgear laid on the right side of its own control lines, the instrumentation room of the control line through the holes opened on the side panel for construction.
The cabinet is equipped with anti-misoperation interlocking device, pressure relief device, position interlocking device of secondary plug and trolley, charged display device, condensation and corrosion prevention device and grounding device, which provide a reliable guarantee for the prevention of accidents and the safe operation of the equipment.
