JYN-35(F) AC metal-enclosed move-open switch cabinet

JYN-35(F) AC metal-enclosed transfer switchgear is a metal-sealed switchgear for three-phase AC 50Hz indoor installations, which is a complete set of power distribution equipment used in power plants and transformer substations with a rated system voltage of 35kV, a rated maximum current of 1,000A, and a maximum working voltage of not more than 40.5kV with a single busbar or single busbar segmentation. The switchgear has the features of preventing misoperation of circuit breaker, preventing pushing and pulling trolley with load, preventing hanging grounding wire with electricity, preventing sending electricity with grounding wire and preventing mistakenly entering into the charged gap (referred to as “five preventions”) and so on.

Structural Characteristics
This switch structure is interval type structure. It is made of steel and steel plate bent and welded cabinet and handcart between the two parts of the composition. The handcart is divided into circuit breaker handcart, arrester handcart, isolation handcart, “Y” connection voltage transformer handcart, “X” connection voltage transformer handcart, single voltage transformer handcart, and station transformer handcart and so on seven kinds.

Conditions of use
Altitude not more than 1000m above sea level.
Surrounding medium temperature not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃ (transportation at -30℃ is allowed)
Relative humidity:daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%.
The surrounding air should be free from corrosive combustible gases, water vapor and other obvious pollution.
No regular violent vibration.
For any special conditions of use, the user should consult with our factory and use it only by mutual consent. For internal insulation, its insulation performance is the same at any altitude, and there is no need to adopt special measures, and the low-voltage auxiliary equipment does not need to take any measures when the altitude does not exceed 2000m.

Technical Parameters
The primary components assembled in the switchgear, including oil less circuit breaker or vacuum circuit breaker, operating mechanism, current transformer, voltage transformer, fuse, lightning arrester, power transformer, etc., shall meet the technical parameters of their respective products under the installation conditions of this product.
