XGN2-12(Z) box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as switchgear) is designed in accordance with the national standard GB3906 “3~35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear”, and conforms to the standard of “AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment” of the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC. It meets the standard of DL402DL404 and reaches the requirement of “five-proof” locking.
Suitable for rated voltage 3.6~12kV, 50Hz, rated AC current 630~3150A three-phase AC single busbar, double busbar, single busbar with bypass system, as the receipt and distribution of power. It can meet the requirements of various types of power plants, substations (offices) and mining enterprises.
Structural Characteristics
XGN2-12(Z) switchgear is metal-enclosed box structure, the skeleton of the cabinet is welded by angle steel, and the cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, busbar room, relay room, etc. The rooms are separated from each other by steel plates.

Circuit breaker room in the upper part of the cabinet, the rotation of the circuit breaker has a tie rod connected to the actuator, the circuit breaker on the terminal and the upper disconnect switch connected to the new circuit breaker terminal and the current transformer connected to the lower current transformer and the lower disconnect switch connected to the connecting terminals, the circuit breaker room is also equipped with a pressure release channel, if the internal arc occurs, the gas can be released through the exhaust channel will be the pressure release.
The busbar room is in the upper part of the cabinet, in order to reduce the height of the cabinet, the busbars are arranged in zigzag shape, supported by porcelain insulators with 7350N bending strength, the busbars are connected to the upper disconnecting switch terminals, and the busbars between two neighboring cabinets can be isolated: the cable room is in the lower part of the cabinet, the current transformer is connected to the lower disconnecting switch terminals.
The cable room is at the rear of the lower part of the cabinet, the support insulators in the cable room may be equipped with voltage monitoring devices, the cables are fixed on the support, for the main wiring for the contact program, this room is the contact cable room. Relay in the upper front of the cabinet, indoor mounting plate can be installed all kinds of relays, etc., indoor terminal bracket, the door is installed to indicate the instrumentation, signaling components and other secondary components, the top of the secondary busbar can also be arranged.
