Description
HXGN15A-12(F.R) box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed ring network switchgear (referred to as ring network cabinet) is a new type of high-voltage switchgear produced for the reconstruction and construction of urban power grids. In the power supply system, it is also used for breaking load current and short-circuit current as well as closing short-circuit current. This ring network cabinet is equipped with vacuum load switch, and the operating mechanism is spring-operated, which can be manually operated or electrically operated. The grounding switch and disconnecting knife are equipped with manual operation mechanism. The ring main unit has strong set, small volume, no danger of combustion and explosion, and has reliable “five-proof” function. The ring network cabinet is suitable for 3~10kV, 50Hz power distribution system. Widely used in urban power grid construction and renovation projects, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and public facilities, etc., as a ring network power supply unit and terminal equipment, plays a role in power distribution, control and protection of electrical equipment, can also be installed in the box-type substation. This ring network cabinet conforms to the relevant provisions of IEC420 “High voltage AC load switch-fuse combination electrical appliances” GB3906-91 “3~35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear”.
Structural Characteristics
The shell of ring network cabinet consists of basic skeleton, top plate, panel and side plate to form a closed structure. The top part of the ring network cabinet is the busbar room, the front part of the busbar room is the instrument room, the two rooms are separated by steel plate, the upper part of the cabinet is the load switch room, the middle and lower parts of the cable feeder and other components room. The main equipments of the ring network cabinet are vacuum load switch, disconnecting switch (with fuse disconnecting knife gate), earthing switch, lightning arrester, operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and measuring, metering circuit and other components. Ring network cabinet with FN-12 series high-voltage vacuum load switch, used for vacuum breaking fault and overload current, the switch composed of isolation switch, vacuum switch, grounding switch, cabinet door according to a certain procedure of mutual interlocking, can effectively prevent misoperation; Vacuum switch cabinet with electric spring energy storage operating mechanism can be realized quickly close and separate operation, and according to the user's requirements, assembled with a certain amount of protective relays. Power supply operation: Only when the cabinet door is closed and locked, and the grounding switch is operated to the “open” position, can the load switch be operated to the closed position. Power failure operation: only when the load switch is in the isolated position can the grounding switch be closed, and when the grounding switch is in the closed position, the switch cabinet door can only be opened by inserting the insulating partition into place.
